	Zion's Worship Schedule

Summer Worship Times:

    Wednesdays at 7 PM in the Chapel/Reflection Room

    Sundays at 9:00 AM

1st and 3rd Sundays and the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays we will celebrate Holy Communion. If you believe that Jesus Christ is present in the sacrament of Holy Communion you are MORE than WELCOME to come to our table.

September through May Worships:

              7:00 AM Prayer Group

              8:30 AM Worship with Organ and

                              Senior Choir using the
                              Cranberry Red Evangelical
                             Lutheran Worship Book

              9:30 AM Sunday school/Fellowship

            10:00 AM Senior Choir Practice

            10:30 AM Worship with WellSpring

A Family Worship is held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM

Senoir Choir Sings (September - May) on the 2nd and 4th Sundays. Practice is every Sunday at 10:00 AM.

Wellspring Band Practices on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM.

Channel One Sunday is that last Sunday of each month: bring non-perishable food items to be donated to the Channel One Food Shelf .

Supervised Nursery is available Sunday mornings during worship and during the education hour between service. Supervised Nursery is also availabe Wednesday evenings during Advent and Lenten worships.

Holy Week Schedule:

Maundy Thursday - April 1, 2010: 7:00 PM Worship with Holy Communion

Good Friday - April 2, 2010: Prayer Vigil starts at noon until 6:30 PM; 7:00 PM Worship

Easter Morning - April 4, 2010: 6:30 & 8:30 AM Worship with Organ, 10:30 AM Worship with the Wellspring Band. Youth will be serving breakfast starting at 7:30 AM.

Zion's worship serves a wide constituency. Our services with the organ are rooted in the liturgy that dates back to the earliest records of Christianity. For those who are new to the liturgy, Zion spends time teaching and helping newcomers to become familiar with it. Our worship with the Wellspring is a 'let your hair down, informal, toe tapping, hand clapping praise experience'. Zion practices "open table communion", which means that "you are welcome to receive communion if you believe that Christ is your Lord and Savior". And when you worship at Zion, please take a moment to introduce yourself to Zion's staff and her people.
